As a Holistic Health Psychologist, I believe in treating a person as a whole, rather than a set of symptoms. My approach is integrative, meaning that I would look for connections between thoughts, emotions, physical body and spiritual self in an attempt to understand the roots of concerns and reasons for mental discomfort.
I combine traditional and alternative methods to establish interconnections between inner being and outer environment of my clients to enable their deeper understanding and awareness of themselves.

There is nothing more comforting than being in the company of alike minded people. This is why COSGs (Compassion Oriented Support Groups) provide the comfort, empathy and understanding you may need during certain times and situations of your life.
At COSG platforms you will be able to meet people of similar experience, talk openly and honestly about your feelings, thoughts and concerns, or simply listen to your peers who are there to support and empathize with you.
